Tangram

Tangram is a puzzle made up of 7 geometric pieces: a parallelogram (rhomboid), a square and 5 triangles. The aim of this game is to create figures using the 7 pieces and avoiding overlapping them.
That is why I think it is very appropriate to use this activity in the classroom, as well as familiarising children with different geometric shapes, it is a good tool for developing their spatial sense and visual perception.
Below I attach a video that explains and exemplifies different figures that can be carried out.
